Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Apex-Tool-Group 961112 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Applied-Robotics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Arburg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Arch-Genstream product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Robotics such as the S31TP000A100A0000303D53A03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KPL115706 manufactured by Arburg and we are pleased to be able to service most Arburg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 29B0137 by Manufacturer Arch-Genstream as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Arvin-Diamond Brand 5114531311 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied-Motion such as HT34487 equipment made by Applied-Motion have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XVC56T17D5540B by Armstrong and HT34487 spares by Applied-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco.
